Feelings Ghost emails and printables

The free Feelings Starter Kit is available with an email address alone. We record your address, request date and newsletter choice to provide the kit and keep a record of your preference. The PDF links appear on the website after a successful request. Our existing MailerSend delivery service receives your address and the Feelings Starter Kit links to send the requested functional kit email. Open and click tracking are disabled for that delivery email, and it contains no marketing offer. We keep limited delivery state and provider message identifiers to prevent duplicate emails and resolve sending problems.

The unticked newsletter box is optional and separate from kit access and cookie consent. Only if you tick it may your address be added to our dedicated MailerLite group for Feelings Ghost letters, playful ideas, new tools and offers, including the newsletter follow-up emails. Declining the newsletter does not affect the kit or its delivery email. It does not cancel an existing subscription; use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or the contact form if you want to leave an existing list. A website confirmation offer is available independently of this choice. We do not force-reactivate previously unsubscribed, bounced or suppressed marketing contacts.

When a personal bundle offer is available, its deadline is tied to your first kit request, not a new browser visit. We keep a limited offer record and a private checkout reference to enforce that original deadline. Your browser can remember a random functional access token and sending-status labels to restore the requested kit confirmation; it stores no email or traffic-source data for this purpose. Entering the same email in another browser retrieves the same original offer. The token is not advertising tracking and is not shared with Meta. We do not send your kit email address to Stripe merely to prepare the offer; Stripe collects checkout details when you choose to buy. Keep your personal checkout link private.

Book news

The form beside the book also gives you immediate access to the 8 coloring pages and 8 feeling posters. With your checked consent, it adds your email to the Feelings Ghost updates group and records your printable request. We also try to add your address to a separate book-interest group for occasional news about publication, availability and book offers. If that second step fails, we will tell you; your free PDFs are still available. You can unsubscribe through an email or contact us to request removal.

Contact form

If you send us a message, we save your name, email address, message and the date you sent it so we can read and reply. A notification with your message may also be sent to Dounia through the website service.

Personal toolkit gifts

If you receive a personal pilot link, we keep the name provided by the gift sender, the link's expiry and its access status. An essential first-party access cookie authorizes downloads and remembers a random browser identifier for that gift. We record which files are successfully served and when, alongside a link-specific hashed network address, to manage access and spot unusual sharing. We do not save raw IP addresses, fingerprint a device or use these records for advertising. Browser and network counts are estimates, not proof of a person's identity or that a file was opened or used.

Detailed download history and the associated pseudonymous browser and network records are available for the last 90 days. Older event records are removed in bounded batches during routine gift access and administration. The private link record retains its cumulative download count and first and last download times for gift administration. We can deactivate an individual link, and you can ask about or request deletion of its records through our contact form. Personal gift access does not subscribe you to marketing emails and does not depend on advertising-cookie consent.

Analytics and purchases

We use the website's Manus analytics to understand visits and interactions such as printable requests and checkout starts. For purchases made through this website, Stripe processes payments and collects the information needed for checkout. Feelings Ghost checks Stripe's payment confirmation before offering a paid digital download. We do not collect or store card details on this website. A purchase does not automatically subscribe you to Feelings Ghost marketing emails; those require separate consent. See Stripe's privacy notice for its payment processing.

Anonymous Amazon link counts

Our book links use your browser time zone and language to suggest an Amazon store. These settings estimate a country; they do not establish your physical location. We keep only aggregate redirect counts by channel, country estimate, date and detection method, with no IP address, email, visitor identifier or fingerprint in these counters. Tagged Meta book links can also include a campaign and ad label or identifier for an anonymous breakdown. This first-party counting uses no cookies and does not depend on advertising-cookie consent. Amazon receives a normal visit after the redirect; our campaign tags are not included in its destination URL. The counts measure link visits, not unique people or Amazon purchases.

Signup source attribution

After you accept advertising measurement, we can retain the source, medium, campaign and ad tags in the public link you followed, or the referring website hostname when tags are absent. We keep only these limited values, not the full URL, referrer path, search terms, click identifiers or IP address. Your browser can remember this approved context for up to 24 hours in the current tab. Declining or withdrawing measurement clears that browser context and does not prevent downloads or email delivery.

We associate the available context with the first kit or book-extras request. Repeat requests do not rewrite that original source, and historical sources are not reconstructed. Where measurement was not accepted or source details were unavailable, the private report labels that absence rather than naming an ad. Detailed source records in our database are limited to 90 days and removed in bounded batches during routine requests. If a confirmed website purchase uses the same email, we can show a limited first-source match in our private report. Such a match is not proof that an ad caused a purchase, and it does not reveal Amazon sales.

Only if you separately choose Feelings Ghost marketing emails may the limited source fields also be added to your existing MailerLite subscriber record. They do not subscribe you to another group or replace an earlier known source. Those subscriber fields follow the same retention and deletion policy as the marketing contact, not the database's 90-day reporting window. No source data is sent to Meta through this first-party attribution feature.

Optional Meta advertising cookies

Only with your separate advertising-cookie consent, we load the Meta Pixel to measure visits and confirmed signups for our free Feelings Starter Kit and book extras, understand the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads and help show relevant Feelings Ghost offers. The recipient is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Meta may receive your IP address, browser and device information, the public page address, advertising-cookie identifiers and these events, and may associate them with information it holds about your Meta account. Meta may process this information outside the European Economic Area. See Meta's privacy policy for its processing and international-transfer safeguards.

Our website's event code does not include your signup email address, contact messages, private order or download links, or children's, clients' or health information. We disable automatic pixel configuration and do not supply form values for advanced matching. Free-text campaign parameters are removed from the page address before Meta tracking. The pixel is not installed on personal order or download pages. There is no server-side Meta Conversions API connection.

Meta may set the advertising cookies _fbp and _fbc, generally lasting up to 90 days. We store your advertising choice, the wording version and decision time in your browser for up to 90 days; the browser also remembers up to 200 random signup-event identifiers for the current session to avoid sending the same event twice. These records contain no email address. Cookie and browser restrictions may prevent some visits or signups from being measured.

Choose Accept or Decline in the cookie notice. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie choices on our public pages. Declining or withdrawing stops our Meta event sharing and removes our Meta cookies where accessible; it does not undo information already received by Meta. The Feelings Starter Kit, purchases and website remain available. Your cookie choice is separate from permission to receive Feelings Ghost emails.

Optional emails after a purchase

The optional, unchecked box at checkout lets you choose Feelings Ghost tips, new materials and offers. This choice is separate from the purchase terms and is recorded with its wording version and request time in Stripe's order metadata. Only after a confirmed payment and your explicit choice may your email and purchased toolkit names be used in our dedicated MailerLite buyer group. These details help us send relevant use tips and avoid offering the same toolkit again. Your private download link is not sent to MailerLite, and no children's, clients' or health information is collected for this purpose.

Buyer follow-up is separate from the Feelings Starter Kit welcome series. You can unsubscribe from marketing in any marketing email. Leaving the optional box unchecked does not affect payment, your files or the functional purchase email, and does not cancel an existing subscription; use its unsubscribe link if you no longer want those emails.

Purchase confirmation emails

Purchase confirmation and file-access emails are functional messages needed to fulfil your order, not marketing emails. When the sender is connected, MailerSend receives the purchase email address recorded by Stripe, the product name and the private file-access link for delivery. Click and open tracking are disabled for these messages. We store only the Stripe session identifier, delivery state, attempt count and provider message identifier locally to prevent duplicate messages and resolve delivery problems. We do not add purchasers to MailerLite without a separate marketing signup.

Your order link is personal. Keep it private and do not include children’s or clients’ information in messages to us. The single-user purchase terms explain how the materials may be used.

Storage and deletion

The website, its database and download files are hosted through Manus WebDev and its storage providers. We keep these details for as long as they are needed for the purposes above; payment records held by Stripe may also be retained where required. You can ask us to delete your contact message or download request through our contact form.
